Many philosophers for literally thousands of years, stretching across most cultural and religious lines, believed that there is an invisible, intelligent force amongst us that organizes all matter and life as you may know it. This formless energy is in and around every aspect of our physical world and it is known by many names: Universal Intelligence, Source Energy, God, Ether, Akasha, Universal Presence, The Field, The Divine Matrix, lan Vital, The Force, Zero Point Field and also the Silent Pulse just to name some.
This concept of the unseen current of one’s that penetrates and affects everything and everybody has traditionally been left towards the realm of thought and theology and wasn’t considered verifiable by science. It was typically dismissed as new age psycho babble without any link with reality. However, modern scientific scientific studies are rapidly and continually showing us that there’s much more to our world than we can see using the human eye alone.
Things are Energy
In 1905, Albert Einstein’s famous equation E=MC2 not just changed the face area of physics forever but his discoveries have continued to alter the way we perceive ourselves and my way through our universe. Exactly what does this legendary equation mean? Simple, energy and mass are one. Quite simply, things are energy. The seen and also the unseen – Everything! The paper you’re looking at (or screen), the chair you’re on and the walls around you. It’s all energy.
This doesn’t exclude human beings. We are energy too. The whole shebang of Dr. Masaru Emoto, Glen Rein PhD., Rollin McCraty PhD., Dean Radin, Dr. Valerie Hunt, Dr. William Tiller, Dr. David Hawkins and Bruce Lipton PhD. have shown us that the system as well as your thoughts are vibrating energy. Energy is everywhere and things are energy.
A Step Further
With few exceptions, the majority of our science today has moved into the post-Einstein era of quantum physics. Unfortunately, medical science and many research around the physiology from the body has literally been stuck within the pre-Einstein way of thinking. Thankfully there are some growing exceptions. For instance, within the 1970s, German physicist Fritz-Albert Popp took us one step further into our new energetic understanding of your body by making three amazing discoveries.
First, he was able to demonstrate that life, from the most basic of single-celled plants towards the most sophisticated organisms like human beings, constantly emit tiny particles of light (biophotons). What this means is that every cell within your body, mainly in the DNA molecules, literally gives and receives light. This light energy can’t be seen by the naked eye but Popp could measure it using hi-tech equipment and photography.
Next, Popp’s work has indicated that the quality of light emitted by each organism directly determines the caliber of life. For instance, he noted that struggling cancer patients have fewer photons of sunshine within their cells compared to a healthy subject. It’s as if these cancer victims lighting is flickering as well as on the verge of heading out.
Third, and also the discovery that I get most excited about, Popp’s extraordinary studies around the energy within us showed that this light appears to act as the communication vehicle for the whole body. To ensure that any biochemical to occur in the human body, it has to first be triggered into action with this light. To place it in simpler terms, all function within you and thoughts are controlled by light.
In the nearly 40 years since these amazing discoveries first occurred, Popp’s studies have been repeated and confirmed numerous times with a number of a minimum of 40 scientists all over the world. You can observe this light for yourself by watching the documentary film ‘The Living Matrix.’
Body of sunshine
Ever wondered how a message to wiggle travels from your mind for your toes so quickly? Maybe you have marveled at the way your heart knows what the perfect rate to conquer is, no matter what the problem, without resorting to a conscious thought? How about any other bodily function? The solution seems to be light. Popp’s biophoton research explains how light becomes the automobile by which communication occurs within the body and mind.
According to this biophoton theory, light is really kept in the DNA molecule of each cell. This light energy, that is constantly passing through and being absorbed by each DNA molecule, seems to carry information to other cells, tissues, and organs within the body and serves as the organism’s main communication network. Since light travels in the speed of 186,000 miles per second, information can travel in one end from the body to the other in what appears like an instant.
Our internal use of light energy explains how our mind efficiently and effectively communicates with our body and how our body consequently sends information to the mind so quickly. We used to think that information transfered from cell to cell in the human body by means of biochemical reactions. However, based on Bruce Lipton, Ph.D., chemical reactions move at a speed of 1 centimeter per second. This really is much too slow to describe the best way to send the ‘wiggle’ demand message from your mind for your toes and make them wiggle almost instantaneously. Our use of light energy is a lot faster and 100 times more effective than biochemical signaling.
The Human Spirit
What is this light that Fritz Albert-Popp’s research took it’s origin from? In my opinion his work has provided us with an appearance into the true essence of who we really are. That subtle aspect of our authentic self. That vital force that separates the living and also the nonliving. To put it simply, he has shown us a peek at our soul.
Based on your culture, religious and/or philosophical beliefs, this current of light energy that flows through us might have many names. Chi, Ki, Mana, Prana, Kundalini, Innate (Intelligence), Spirit, Soul, Source Energy, Inner Wisdom, Love, Light, Vital Life Force and Consciousness are just a few examples. Although I will use many of these labels at different times throughout this book, it is important that you understand that what we should decide to name this energy isn’t significant. I suggest that you employ whichever name or names that resonate with you.
Before being brought to Popp’s biophoton work, whenever someone would state that we are all beings of light, I must admit that I would cringe and dismiss that thought as crazy New Age thinking (or what my spouse calls woo-woo stuff). Not too anymore. I now embrace it and allow it to heavily influence my daily life. It is my hope that you’ll perform the same.
Creating A Paradigm Shift
The work of Einstein and Popp, together with countless others, has established a growing paradigm shift. This shift is from the old mechanistic viewpoint of life to a new vitalistic belief system. Because the Seven Keys to True Wellness is based on vitalistic principles, it is crucial that we discuss the differences between both of these philosophies.
Mechanistic Belief Model: This model comes from the seventeenth century work of Sir Isaac Newton. Simply put, a specific item is what you receive. A mechanistic belief system is based on the view that there’s nothing in this world past the physical. According to this way of thinking, life is made up of just the things we can perceive through our senses of touch, taste, sound, sight or smell. If anyone after this outside-in belief system discovered something to become beyond the physical, they’d conclude the nonphysical must be totally separate and outside of themselves.
This philosophy of life is also called reductionism. A reductionist attempts to understand all complex things by reduction of them to their individual parts. Conventional western medicine is a prime example of a mechanistic belief system since it is according to Newtonian physics and believes our bodies are an accumulation of independent parts. In this outside-in model, disease arrives either to external toxic agents (germs like bacteria or virus) or even the breakdown of an internal organ or system (parts). The active focus of western prescription medication is to then treat the condition until physical symptoms disappear using drugs externally from the body or using surgery to remove or replace any malfunctioning parts within the body. Alter the way the part works using drugs or cut the malfunctioning part of the body out.
This mechanistic thought process about our overall health has trickled down into the mainstream of our western culture. You see, most people go to a doctor or healer because they think they need to rid their body of something they do not want (dis-ease). These patients think that something externally has invaded their body and created the sickness or perhaps an internal part of the body has simply divided and needs to be removed or replaced as if the warranty had expired.
Healthcare, from a mechanistic perspective, revolves around crisis care. It tends to be fear based as most advice and treatment methods are succumbed an effort to prevent physical problems.
Describing the connection between flies and garbage is one of my personal favorite ways to illustrate the difference between mechanistic and vitalistic thinking. The thing is, flies don’t cause garbage, they thrive in garbage. For those who have a clean garbage can, you will not find any flies. This is also true in our bodies. Germs don’t cause sickness, they thrive in sickness. We now have an incredible number of germs within us all the time. Why shall we be not sick constantly? Because germs don’t cause sickness. Viruses and bacteria can only flourish into health problems once the bodies internal resistance is lowered, thus making the person prone to these germs.
The thing is, you receive sick first then the germs take over. You place the garbage into the trash then the flies arrive. Outside-in based healthcare is equal to standing by a rancid smelling trash with a flyswatter rather than cleaning up the can.
Vitalistic Belief Model: A vitalistic belief system is in line with the view that the physical world is definitely an extension from the energetic or spiritual world (inside-out). Following this holistic philosophy, one would conclude that we aren’t separate from anyone or anything. Many of us are connected. This world and universe is the result of spiritual beings having a physical experience.
Vitalism utilizes an inside-out thought process and correlates perfectly with the work of Albert Einstein and Fritz-Albert Popp. You see, vitalist think that there is an invisible, intelligent force that’s in most matter and continually gives into it all its properties and actions. This natural energy (light) is at all living things and the level of health and true wellness that will manifest is always equal to the extent that this inner wisdom (light) expresses itself through each individual.
A defunct person has all of the same parts of the body as someone who is alive. What’s missing? The organic light. The only distinction between a dead person and someone who is alive is the flow of life force energy. As Popp’s research indicated, our life force energy is needed to look after yourself. The caliber of the life we live depends upon the quality of the flow of this light energy.
The origins on most natural healing methods typically follow this holistic, inside-out belief system. Revisiting our flies and garbage analogy, there’s no question that keeping the trash can clean is the greatest method to prevent flies. Vitalist believe that the best way to prevent health issues and to enhance the quality of our lives to ensure that we are able to grow into whatever we are meant to be is by restoring the correct flow of one’s within our bodies and maintain a focus of keeping this light shining brightly daily. The thing is, when you are not feeling well, it is not that the body continues to be invaded by something externally, or you have “caught” something you want to get eliminate. The fact remains that you have lost something which is completely required for your body and mind to function properly. That something that you have lost is the natural state of ease which could simply be achieved when your life force energy is flowing freely.
Clouds vs. The Sun
Do clouds put out the sun? Absolutely not. However, clouds can greatly hinder amount of light that reaches our planet’s surface. On the stormiest of days, when life on the floor is dark and gloomy, if you were to remove in an airplane, the instant that you will get above the clouds everything is bright and sunny. Clouds don’t put out the sun’s rays, they simply filter the sunshine. The thicker the clouds, the less light that shines through.
Your body is identical way. If you are experiencing anything apart from your natural state of ease, it is because your lifetime force energy isn’t shining as brightly as it may. Your lights have not gone out, they have simply been interfered with. Filtered, just like a cloud blocking the sun’s rays from shining brightly onto the Earth’s surface.
This raises a very important question. If a reduction of your life force energy flow creates a lack of your natural state of ease and results in malfunction and dis-ease, then what’s the origin of the decrease in the first place? The only response is EXCESS STRESS!
Everyone has his or her own unique threshold or limit for stress. In other words, you can adjust to whatever your world throws at you, up to and including certain point or peak. When your overall stress load pushes away from personal threshold, it becomes excessive. Excess stress inside you is equivalent to the clouds on the horizon. Boost the amounts of excess stress and you’ll boost the degree of interference of your light energy.
The best reason for any sprain, strain, ache, pain, illness, disease, ailment or decrease in function of any kind is always excess stress. When stress reaches the point of being excessive, tension is created (that has been measured down to each DNA molecule) and that we quickly lose our natural state of ease. This excess tension, consequently, impedes the stream of sunshine energy.
Since, excess stress and tension cause us to get rid of our natural state of ease which impedes the flow of this light energy (dis-ease), vitalist believe that the only method to create long lasting improvements to the all around health and move our life towards true wellness would be to reconnect towards the proper flow of sunshine energy.
Should you walk into a extremely dark room and wanted to see, how would you react? Can you try get rid of the darkness? Or, can you just turn the lights on? This really is another analogy to exhibit the main difference between outside-in thinking along with a holistic philosophy. The mechanistic way of approaching health is to focus on the symptom or darkness and try to eliminate it. Vitalist just turn on the lights and allow the natural healing abilities takeover.
Where’s the Shift?
There’s a time and spot for both of these belief systems regarding overall health. For example, there might not be a better choice in a major health crisis than traditional medicine. The emergency rooms over the U.S. save lives everyday. If I would experience critical physical trauma from an accident, was severely bleeding, or suffering a heart attack, stroke, etc. I’d, without hesitation, be heading to the nearest hospital. Western medicine clearly does a fantastic job of “crisis” care.
However, with regards to true “health” care, allopathic medicine fails miserably. A 1998 article in the Journal of the Ama (JAMA) stated that 180,000 people die every year of “unintended and unexpected side effects” from taking prescribed medications correctly. This means 3,461 people die each week within the U.S. due to taking medications exactly the way their doctor has instructed these phones do so. Let’s put this into proper perspective. The terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 killed 2,993. We can’t forget that horrible day, however, every week we’re losing nearly 500 much more of our Americans due to “healthcare”.
Here is another sobering fact. Medical mistakes is widely considered the 3rd leading reason for death within the U.S., killing about 300,000 people every year (with a few estimates as high as 700,000 per year which may easily surpass cancer and cardiovascular disease for that number 1 spot). Include the 180,000 deaths because of adverse side effects described above and today’s western medicine kills a minimum of 480,000 Americans annually. That’s more than 1300 people every day. Why isn’t this being considered a major epidemic?
Albert Einstein once said, “No problem can be solved in the same level of consciousness that created it.” With its current history what you know already the medical establishment would make some major changes in their overall method of health. Instead, they keep searching for the most recent drug or surgical procedure, the silver bullet that will solve all health problems. This, of course, is much more outside-in thinking. Einstein made his energy discoveries on the hundred years ago! Where’s the shift?
Awaiting powerful weight loss products to trap as much as modern science can literally be hazardous for your health. With regards to restoring, maintaining, and elevating all around health and developing a movement towards true wellness, an all natural, holistic, vitalistic-based method of health and healing is far better than the mechanistic “crisis” care of conventional western medicine.
The shift that vitalist are looking for is being created inside our current population. You see, an incredible number of consumers are spending billions of dollars of the hard earned cash annually on holistic healing, organic foods along with other natural methods for improving their lives. Each dollar spent generally is a vote for this paradigm shift to happen. It is important that we all continue to make these purchases in order to continue this momentum toward a healthier society tomorrow.
The way the Body Works
Continuing from the vitalistic perspective, we will put it all together to be able to give you a clear knowledge of the way your body really works. There are three main points you need to bear in mind in order to move consistently toward better health insurance and true wellness.
Hippocrates (460-377 BCE), considered the father of medicine, once said, “All living systems are either growing or dying.” This is actually the first main point to bear in mind. Every single day, your body either gets a little stronger or perhaps a little weaker. You see, nothing ever stays exactly the same. Everything, including you, is continually changing. Approximately every 3 months the body has completely removed and replaced every cell within your body. You control whether this constant change moves you toward true wellness or away from it.
Second, in order to get stronger rather than weaker each day, your Life Force Energy should be properly flowing throughout your entire system without any stress induced obstructions. This energy is literally light and is the particular communication outcomes of the mind and body. The caliber of the flow of this light will directly determine the caliber of your life.
Third, to keep proper energy flow between the mind and body and also to carry on growing stronger every day, you’ll want the kitchen connoisseur. A lifestyle that truly creates a healthy body rather than a lifestyle that aims to always avoid illness. The Seven Keys to True Wellness is a lifestyle that will lead you within the right direction.
